To the south of the Møhlenpris neighbourhood, an industrial estate has been erected on the premises where the navy once built and fitted out it’s ships. The yard was abandoned by the RNN in the sixties and turned into a merchant fleet wharf, which then again suffered an epic bankruptcy following the financial acrobatics of a noveau riche fraudster.
